            Hello! I am going to talk about how to make karaage. I like karaage very much, because it is very juicy and good taste. First, cut the chicken into bit-size pieces. Put the chicken into a bowl and add the juice of the grated ginger into the same bowl. Next, add the marinade made from soy sauce and sake at the proportion of 2 to 1. Let marinate for about 20 minutes. Mix well by rubbing the chicken into the marinade occasionally. Be careful not to marinate too long, as the chicken will become too salty when fried. Change the time for marinating according to the saltiness of the soy sauce you will be using. After 20 minutes, drain the marinade but not all of it. Leaving some over is important. When the chicken is prepared, we will fry them twice. Recently many cookbooks introduce this method of frying twice, because by doing this the chicken will become juicy on the inside and crispy First heat the oil at the temperature of 160˚C to 170˚C. Remember that the amount of soy sauce used for the marinade is more than the usual recipe and the coating contains that amount of soy sauce. After frying the chicken for about 5 minutes at 160˚C to 170˚C, take the chicken out to drain. Heat the oil to 190˚C and fry the second time until crisp for about 2 minutes. This recipe is easy for me to cook karaage.

              Hello!! I will write about a memory of the good days. When I was high school student, I was in a soft tennis club. When I went to practice at the first time, I was late for practice. I thought I was told off by the teacher, but, the teacher was very calm. I soothed my breast. I have been playing tennis for three years. It was a three-year period full of unforgettable memories. That has now become a pleasant memory for me.

He is very kind person,but sometimes he is strict.In high  school, I hate English,because I was not good at English,but he made me a good English speaker.Thanks to his help I changed.It was fun for me to learn English.I want to say a few words of thanks to his kindness.

The day when I began to go with my girlfriend, I cerebrate the day.

The day is June 27^th.It was a few days ago, also the day is first payday. My girlfriend is very cute and affectionate. We will cerebrate every month 27^th.I am going to meet her on the day. Of course,　only ours.

often imitated ``Marimokkori``. He has been played soccer, so he play

soccer very well. I think he strong ``Right Brain``,because he is

an all round person. He can sports and study, but he is not good at

baseball only. His face is cool, so he is the most popular person in

a class. I really envy him!

graceful. To hear his speak you would think his voice was a breeze,so I was relieved when

His handwriting is very beautiful, so I take a leaf from his handwriting. His blood type is A,so he has little meticulous nature. He have played soccer since elementary school student. He is very kind.
