``Kusaya`` is the dried fish using the fish mackerel, flying fish, such as fresh.

 It is salty taste ,but mild.

 Were initially dried fish is soaked in brine simple. I was making a turn while using the salt water dried fish, which could become a source of liquid, such as horse mackerel dipped in salt water and dried in the sun of the current components of the fish by the accumulation of it, and microorganisms to act further.
